Like being in prison
I have been trying to get away from this lot for years but they charge the customer for taking their business to another provider. Having a lot of problems with email, now everything more than two weeks old has vanished. NIGHTMARE!

Absolutely horrendous!!!
I paid for a year and cancelled after a month. they refused to refund me the other 11 months worth of payment which I had already given them.
The security was so bad that I had to delete all my sites.
Support was also terrible.

Cheap and with customer service to match. They changed the interface without any notice and my 'Sitebuilder' now has bugs which they blame on their software contractors, which effectively means I can't change the content. Bland email responses that don't
