IP Solution
I had my server IP blacklisted by Hotmail/Outlook, and while the people at Dedicatedhosting4u attempted to assist in de-listing the IP, I ultimately decided to convert to a dedicated IP. This was suggested by a member of the Dedicatedhosting4u team as a way to get around the Hotmail barrier. His assistance was prompt and efficient.

Excellent customer service. The downtime of dedicatedhosting4u.com servers is nearly non-existent. The staff is extremely helpful and available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Keep it up, you guys are doing a fantastic job.

POOR SERVER QUALITY AND FRAUD
Poor server and wrong commitment
Don't trust them
Anant Mishra tells you many stories but when the actual time comes he doesn't do the work.
I tried calling and following up with him many times to give server and IP replacement but he didn't help I have wasted my time and money.
