never got a working server or support
A good VPS server provider will have automated setup and get one up and running shortly after purchase. Instructions provided to login did not work, no support. I figured out a way in, but server would not connect to internet. My ticket was ignored.

Don't do it.
Terrible, unresponsive customer service. Inability to understand the simplest request (network optimization), when asked to review and configure network for better throughput.

Just awful
Not reliable at even a basic level - I calc'ed it was about 80-90% uptime each month.
Moved away eventually - after I'd moved all my sites to them. What a pain.

2-5 days to respond to urgent tickets
Aggressive support (offered to just delete my VPS when I said I couldn't access it. Nice)
