With Deedeehost for about 3-4 years, support is more focused towards sales, billing and accounting, but that's fine as I'm a web developer and this is my task, not theirs to figure out which WP plugin is messing up my site.
So far in all these years, my website has never been down/offline, and the prices are cheap (for a provider that offers cpanel, as this is a must for me).
