How does this company get more than 1 star?!
We provide IT support for our customers and initially were just trying to help them migrate mail away from DigitalSpace to their new Google Workspace accounts. Without going into a lot of detail, it was an absolute nightmare. We couldn't even use Google Workspace's migration tool. So, we had to setup all their account in Thunderbird and manually move thousands and thousands of messages from their DS accounts to GW. It took days and lots of man hours to do this.
To make matters worse, the customer decided to move the domain registration and DNS hosting to another registrar. We cannot do this without DS sending an EPP transfer code. However, he has 3 domains that show up on his account and you have to do them one at a time. When you click on each domain to go into the settings to do this, one of the domains says it doesn't exist, another domain let us get the EPP code but then the transfer fails because ICANN said we have to wait 60 days, and his primary domain, the button won't even work because it looks like the nameserver boxes are empty and it says there are no nameservers registered. When I contacted support, they said they could see the nameservers registered properly on "their screen", but it wasn't showing up on the customer screen. They said they would have to "escalate it" to another team. We've already been "escalated" 3 times now with no response from these people in days.
They have prob'ly the WORST customer service in the history of internet companies! I cannot believe they are still in business. If I could give them zero stars, I would.
