Every conversation was pleasant as they always explain me everything. They gave me 1 real Mexican Ip. The high-availability MX shared hosting with automatic fail-over came is great when my node went down (2 minutes of downtime).

Worst support ever!
Me bloquearon mi IP para acceder al webmail, por más que intentaron desbloquearla no pudieron y me echaron la culpa y se rindieron, ahora tendré que buscar una alternativa y respaldar mis correos.

Nos dejaron sin servicio varios dias
Nuestra experiencia algunos años fue aceptable con dos servicios contratados. En 2014 un desastre: varios dias sin servicio web y sin correos. Al final perdimos nuestros 2 sitios y elaboramos sitios desde 0 con otro proveedor . Lo mas triste no dn la car

LO PEOR DE HOSTING EN MÉXICO
Por experiencia propia por ningun motivo recomiendo DIGITAL SERVER. Me dejaron fuera de lÃnea dos meses, dando largas en cada ticket de servicio que abria, pidiendome paciencia, y NO RESPONDIENDO los tickets subsecuentes, cuando ya no tuvieron cara.

Sin explicación bloquearon mi hosting argumentando servicios que no tengo activos. Ni siquiera dan la cara para responder, son lo peor en cuanto a reventa de Hosting, si quieren un consejo nunca contraten con ellos

me dejaron sin servicio por mas de 2 meses y medio y no habia respuesta por parte de ellos, se hicieron patos y no hubo compensacion alguna tuve que migrar a los 15 dias por que esta perdiendo dinero

Worst experience with a hosting company ever!
My reseller account was suspended because ONE email send more than 150 emails in an hour, without even sending me an email notification! And they susppended ALL my sites because of this! Just unbelievable, they are compleately untrusty and unprofessional.

Nada confiables
Estuve alrededor de dos años contratando con ellos y su soporte ténico siempre fué deficiente; nos dejaron sin servicio por 15 días y sin acceso a nuestros archivos; después de eso hablaron de compensar las fallas y nunca se vió nada, pésimos.

Muy mal servicio
Definitivamente, no entiendo porqué están catalogados como lo mejor en México, su servicio es pésimo y son bastante deshonestos.
Yo contraté por un año y a la semana de servicio estaba fuera de línea.
ALTAMENTE NO RECOMENDABLE!!
