Total failure
Didn't manage to set up migrated site and needed to push support to repair. Then they manage to ban my IP and refuse to whitelist it. Then suddenly my site becomes totally unresponsive: no help from support. Stay AWAY!

Poor support, great speed
Support a little bunky, but speed, features, price great. What is more concerning is they have disappeared with my year payment, my sites, and their own. A little worriesome!!! Hard to give any rating for realibity uptime when after a week they vanish.
