Poor Service Delivery
I would not recommend. Purchased a domain and ssd hosting from them on a promotion. I was provided with a misspelt domain (usually unnoticeable), I was then told I would need to purchase another domain name at a higher amount. I turned off the auto renewal on the bad domain and had to purchase a new one. I was sent a mail three days to the end of the expiration of the bad domain that it will be auto-renewed from "support@rimyybvzbapg.upmind.app", thinking it was a spam mail and knowing I turned off the auto-renew future on the bad domain, I shrugged it off. I noticed the payment on my card and decided to write them for a refund. They insisted they were not going to refund the domain registration and kept silent on the ssd hosting.
Their refund policy is not transparent and their customer service rendition is very poor.
