What I like the most about them, is the support; very friendly, professional, and above all very prompt. All the requests are answered within minutes and unlike many other hosts their support is there 24 hours a day.

Tech support very nice and pretty quick. Plesk, their system that manages site, is TERRIBLE. I can't find the simplest answer there because I always get error screens. Every problem takes 1-4 hours to resolve!

I am with eBoundhost for almost one year now. It is a great host BUT for the last couple of months there have appeared some problems with email server (at least twice a month). When I report any problem they fix it promptly.

They got hacked 2 weeks ago and all of my sites went down for 4 hours. When they came backonline, all the databases had been erased. Since they advertised that they did weekly backups, I thought it wouldn't be a big deal, but it turns out they haven't don
