Shitty Server Speed
I have bought their Reseller hosting plan ... My customers are litterally abusing me for their speed and tricky "unlimited hosting" as they are limiting I/O to 1 Mb which is even not enough for 1 website ... Moreover during development or working on website your IP gets blocked as you are over using the server resources like developing or even modifying WordPress website. What else shitty service means in terms of Hosting.

service has gone WAY downhill
Used to be a decent company. I dunno if it was bought out or what but the service has NOSEDIVED in the last few years. Unanswered tickets for days, constant runarounds, tech level of support is about Mcdonalds worker level. Another GoDaddy. If you're looking for above average hosting, look elsewhere.

Amazing support response time
I'm using various Internet services for more than 25 years. I never dealt with support who answers your questions within several minutes even via email and even on weekends. But EBoundHost does. Amazing !!!

Lies about 24/7 Support!!!
eBound Host lies about their 24/7 support. During the day they do have support via the email or phone. However, out of the dozen requests made at night, they ONLY RESPOND DURING NORMAL BUSINESS HOURS.
