Cancelled 2 accounts because of really bad service. Have contacted them about 5 times to get "guaranteed" refund - never received refunds. Phone number for billing never answers or is always busy. Unprofessional all the way around.

They offer a lot for the price they ask. However, there is a reason. They seem to have a way of attracting Exploits, bugs and hardware failures. I plan to move before my year is up.

Dreadful service. My sites were down at least twice every week. Tech supp are very rude, always blaming others for their problems. Take my advice... Pay a little more and go elsewhere!

Avoid this company at all costs. Their servers have crashed on me twice in a year, and each time I have lost data. They don't keep backups and their customer service (if you can call it that) is abysmal. at best.

I had them for over 2 years. It's okay for the money, if you can afford an occasional server crash with permanent data loss, insolent customer service, and refusal to resolve erroneous billings.
