Cancelled 2 accounts because of really bad service. Have contacted them about 5 times to get "guaranteed" refund - never received refunds. Phone number for billing never answers or is always busy. Unprofessional all the way around.

Avoid this company at all costs. Their servers have crashed on me twice in a year, and each time I have lost data. They don't keep backups and their customer service (if you can call it that) is abysmal. at best.
