have had a Business starter plan since 07/04.
Had 2 major downtimes in that 18 months. Lost all data both times, but has been quite reliable outside of those 2 times.
I recommend keeping regular backups, and help from knowledgeable outside sources.

Avoid at all costs. I bought one year of service, and half way through that period, they cut my service with no explanation. Upon emailing them, they refused to reinstate my service, but agreed to send me a refund check. I never received a check, and now

Unforunately, I have 2 domains with edatarack. Constant problems - unrecoverable disk failure, Plesk corruption, etc. Most significant - my real uptime is only 95% and they will not address the issue - only rude responses and excuses. Avoid!!!!
