It is almost impossible to get help from this organization. Customer care is not an important matter to this company. Billing has been incorrect and there is no obvious way to contact billing about problems. Years ago, I was pleased, certainly not now.

Constantly having connection issues. They do Not give notice of when they plan on shutting their server down and contact with support is quite slow.

Years ago it was a very good option with good prices and a nice service. Nowadays takes one week to set up your website, double billing, no answer to the tickets, domain names stoles...
Elahost never again.

ElaHost is VERY GOOD, no phone support, but email support is VERY FAST!! I thought it was a bad idea a first, but it's not. I don’t think I’ve ever had any downtime while with them, that was their fault. I'll recommend ElaHost to anyone. Thanks ElaHost!!

I was so displeased with this company. They were constantly suspending my accounts and putting up this hideous suspended message which really hurt our reputation. They have terrible customer support and no technical support from everything I tried.
