So far so good, I attracted with FREE SSL.
Contact their support for 2 times. 1st time is domain pointing. They are very friendly to teach me on that. 2nd time due to failure of my wordpress, it due to my free themes problem. End up bought a 59 USD premium themes from themeforest, solve.

poor performance, paid premium but 2 star hardware.
Technical : don't be joke about it, they do nothing.
too many hidden cost + everything is money + oversell + way too many restriction.

Small sites with less than 500 visits per day may work. If you need dedicated IP, SSL or anything from support you are dead.

Bad service provider
Bad support system.
Very late in response but very fast on billing.
Too sale oriented and support is difficult to get.
When they sell you the service, they will go extra mile to assist you, once you sign up, even getting to them is difficult.

Ridiculously poor service, and the customer service lies to you
The customer service lied to me they might offer cheaper offers to lure you in but the service is pathetic. I couldn't get a ssl cert for my domain because of their incompetence and deceptive conduct. They close tickets you raise without solving issues.

Site hacked, customer service ignores
My site has been hacked with cheap ads, meta data changed to unrelated site,

Exabytes deleted my account
Exabytes removed my account without prior notice. When I attempt to login I receive the message that 'there is no client found connected to this email address' or something along those lines.
Multiple sites have been offline for three days now,.

Beware, they steal your data!
I found out that they steal my data because I created an email address which no one has but it received email from exabytes. Very dangerous hosting company. Have a look at their facebook reviews. Avoid by all means.
