Horrible server, horrible services, horrible customer support
Bought a hosting package to host my business site but it's not only unreliable, it doesn't work as it should be. The customer services try to convince me to pay 30 times as many as my payment to upgrade my package for it to work while it should be.

One of the few shared hosts that allows SSH. Which is my primary requirements
HTTP speeds are bloody friggin horrible. But I guess you get what you pay for. Communication with these guys is horrible. Maybe some english lessons would be necessary

Good and reliable, Friendly customer services. They just move new data center that same as google. That really good for their customer.

Exabytes screwed us over. No login no credentials no help. Support is the worst, the support at exabytes consists of a chat bot and a ticket system that does not work AT ALL. The servers are not in Malaysia they are in colorado. Another lie. Don't be fool

Don't get fooled by their 64mb memory resource limit. They may offer large diskspace and bandwidth but you are never likely going to use it. They will cut off your account if you reach 64mb.

I am hosted on Exabytes.com.my with servers in Malaysia. If it meets my expectation, it gets 3. Price, support, performance have been good. But the malaysian datacenter do once in a while gets bottlenecked.

Inexpensive Windows Reseller, AWESOME email/ticket support, great overall

Company Response: Not in US, no phone support (but ticket support is great!)

Great customer support, 99.9% uptime, super fast servers, lot of features and great prices
