Sneaky billing.
Value plan gives you hosting (space for files) and one domain included. the sneaky part: they invoice you for the domain 3 months before value plan expires. If you pay the bill, you get invoice 3 months later for value plan: your domain is no longer free

Great service!
FasWebHost have given us great service, fast response to issues, and a complimentary disk space increase when we had upload issues.

Good name, bad service
Hostoople was absorbed by FWH on the beginning it seems like the support was better but it didnt took long to notice that it wasnt better, its bin getting worse. I paid for a Dedicated IP what I have bin clamping twice, wen the move to other server.

Fastwebhost The CHEAP Webhosting in India
As the name implies fastwebhost is the cheapest hosting in India....
Server error is the main issue.
Even though I have given the screenshot and all the details of the error the support staff was not able to resolve the problem...
Uptime is also bad..

I have not found the MINUS STAR rating option, or else I decided to gave you -5 star rating.
Problems:-
1. Very poor uptime.
2. Server facing downtime issue max of the time.
3. Complicated functionalities which even they can't solve.

Best For startup Websites
Hosting my 3 websites since last 8 months. I don't say it is the best one ,but its gives the best value for your money. Have decent up time and speed with an excellent support.

The company I was with was absorbed by FWH and since then my web went downhill! bad company, bad support!! I miss my old company

Domains removed after move from HostOople to FastWebHost
I signed up for HostOople but it appeared that FastWebHost bought them or they were the same from the start, who shall say.
The problem is that they removed my addon domains and changed my plan of unlimited domains to an account without addon domains.

They've gone downhill really fast. Unreliable now.
I was a customer of fastwebhost all the back when they were called ehostpros. They were once a very good company but now the uptime is brutal. They say 99.9% but the reality is I have had my site down for 12 hours at least 6 times this year. Just terrible

Seriously awful
I have a wordpress website with jetpack and monitoring of uptime. I would get constant emails about the site being offline. Also, customer service wouldn't follow up on tickets. Yes they are cheap but you will pay in time and frustration.
