3rd Class No Technical Skills
Do not waste your money with these guys, instead of solving your problem they will argue with you, about who told you these things and bla bla bla, I chatted with one of the technical guy Hari K and really he is nonsense, do not know anything when I prooved your server load is high he just closed the chat, completely not recommended

No support when things go wrong
Almost 24 hours downtime, and all you can get out of them is "we are working on it"
Have little faith in their abilities to rectify issues when they occur.
When it's up, all is fine. But when there is an issue live support will not answer.

Best Hosting ever used.
I have used Fastwebhost from 2016, their service is the best I have seen in my 12 years in online hosting. Customer Service is top notch. They are very understanding. Keep it up!!!!!!!!

Avoid at all costs.
This Company used to be ehostpros. Do not host here. They will add code to your site and spam off your email accounts. Impossible to get billing corrected. Auto Draft payments that were not due. Serious down time.

Terrible system
I have my critical domains on an automatic renewal process, so that I would not have issues in terms of delays with potential updates on payment. Or so I thought... their system put us offline anyway... for hours! Terrible for business, don't use.

They are migrating the server since last 3+ weeks. which organization on earth takes 3+ weeks for migration?

Sneaky billing.
Value plan gives you hosting (space for files) and one domain included. the sneaky part: they invoice you for the domain 3 months before value plan expires. If you pay the bill, you get invoice 3 months later for value plan: your domain is no longer free
