Horrible company to use - Unreliable - Avoid using them at any cost
It has been a week that our emails are not functioning. I have talk to more than 5 tech support and each one has a different solution and none works. At the end, they tell you that you would need 12 to 48 hours for it to work. That is a lie - They are avoiding the issue and buying time. When calling them back and providing them with a case number is either none existent or it has nothing to do with you domain name. HORRIBLE DO NOT USE THEM -

I hate FatCow now.
Horrible experience! All my websites are down for a week. Horrible experience! All my websites are down for a week. I had contact support multiple times. This is worst and extremely unhelpful support in my life. They have no qualification for Industry.

Not a business solution, not even small business. I get a very poor upstream speed, so uploading web pages is a slow agony. And Tech support just fobs e off with blaming my ISP (I get 1.5Mbps elsewhere, only 120-150Kbps with Fatcow. But priepoint is +++
