Incomplete answers on their support ticket, they never, ever call you back
Painful experience. Took a whole day to get a webmail cleared up. They gave incomplete instructions, a sent me to the wrong place and finally helped through many many emails. They never call back or answer your questions accurately, but are very snarky.

Very Poor Service and Product
Does not control Spam, Spoofing, or hacking. Customer Service is very poor and so is the response time for issues. It would be nice to talk to someone when an issue arises. With this service, you are not going to get that. I do not recommend this product

VERY BAD SUPPORT & BILLING
Thank God I did not get my Dedicated Server with them for our main website. Support is very slow. No phone support. Shut down my websites for $50 when credit card expired without notice. Paid and website is still down. Very Low Class

rude customer service, terrible billing policies
Will not send me an updated invoice. Require 30 days notice to cancel an account or will bill me for another full YEAR of service. Unheard of. Took weeks to reply. Would not provide an invoice.

Poor
Automatically billed for one year renewal that shouldn't have happened. Doesn't respond to emails to resolve the matter, so I disputed the charge on my credit card and got my money back. Then they threaten to send long time customer to collections. Avoid!
Company Response: As with all hosting companies, your contract will renew automatically unless you request to cancel. I hope that this helps resolve the issue :)

Lots of downtime for databased websites. l decided not to renew & disabled automatic renew. They billed me anyway for 1 year. I had to request to cancel. Took weeks to get answers. Now they want 1 month extra charge. If not, will continue running bill.

The contract terms are unheard of. 30 days to cancel expiring account? and then they try to collect monthly dues on top of that. They took their time to resolve my inquiry and 10 days after their rely they threatening to get collection agency involved.

When I requested they cancel my unused account within 6 hours of receiving a statement, they told me they couldn't refund the "partial" month that had just started. Initial response included a lecture on terms of service. Will never deal with them again

Been with Fluid since 2007. They provide a quick and prompt support and the customer service will call you back if you leave a message for some reason. Keep up the good work :)
