Yesterday I left a review about a problem with my VPS fingerprint changing, but support resolved it. Everything is working fine now, no issues.

Random SSH Host Key Changes, Unusable VPS, No Support
I purchased a VPS for one year and installed Ubuntu 24 with my SSH key.
At first, SSH works, then the connection is reset, and later the same IP starts showing a different SSH host fingerprint (REMOTE HOST IDENTIFICATION HAS CHANGED). After some time, it may switch back again.
This behavior suggests the same public IP may be intermittently mapped to different VMs, which makes the service unreliable and unsafe to use.
I also tried VNC and Rescue Mode:
normal VNC login does not accept root or ubuntu
Rescue Mode asks for credentials that were not provided
I reinstalled multiple times, and the same issue keeps happening. Support has not replied for 2 days.
I paid for a full year, and now I honestly do not know what to do.
I strongly recommend avoiding this provider entirely - you may lose your money.

Unreliable VPS, server deleted and support blamed me
I paid for 3 months of VPS hosting at FREAKHOSTING to test their service, and it turned out to be a terrible experience.
They replaced my original VPS without any clear reason. Then the VPS kept disappearing from the control panel. After that, support suddenly said I had to renew the server, even though the service period was not over and I had already paid for 3 months.
Eventually, the server was deleted, and they blamed me for it. This makes no sense since I had 2FA enabled from day one and use a strong password. No logs, no investigation — just blaming the customer.
Very unstable service and completely irresponsible support. I would strongly advise staying away from this provider.
