I am a current customer of Frontpages Web Hosting Network and have had the opposite experience. I host SharePoint on a dedicated server with them and have never had any trouble. Communication has always been great, support has really gotten fantastic!

Sharepoint Shared Hosting is not the greatest.
They completely lost our data. Their backup failed.
Alerts were down from time to time. Had been happening over a year.
We are moving to other facilities.

Web site and email work well. ASP/SQL database hosted there is fast. Tech support is FANTASTIC. Very sharp support team. Left and then came back. 2 other providers support couldn't stack up. Worth the extra money.
