Customer for 9 years but the service has gotten absolutely terrible lately
I originally set up my website with FutureQuest around 2011. I've had the odd email account issue and my website was once scrapped by them entirely. They said it was hacked. I had to rebuild from scratch. Being a novice, I took it as a learning experience. My emails have been down 3 separate times for over 24 hours since Black Friday 2020, including Cyber Monday itself. That time lasted nearly 72 hours of downtime during the busiest shopping time of what has been a bad year. Now, for the 3rd of 4th time in 3 weeks my website and email is down. Their website is down. Everything is down. Not sure what is going on with them, but no business website can sustain this terrible level of service. Additionally, they've been absolutely ridiculous in terms of keeping their customers abreast of the issues and when we can expect service to return. Maybe they'll get their stuff straight again, but they seem to be suffering from complete mismanagement at the moment and I can no longer abide by it.
