For about a year the email servers are regularly down and the technical support of poor quality. In addition, hard to get acces to them, no follow-up. Total abandon
Company Response: This client has an issue with his ISP and email. Nothing more. Nothing less. We understand how frustrating it can be when you're not able to use email as you wish. But we can't fix what we don't have access to. We have several avenues to contact our support. From email and ticket desk options to live help chats and telephone. While we understand that all options are not easy for everyone, we are fully staffed and eager to address any concern.
