Very poor tech support team
I am very disappointed with the tech support team. The response was extremely slow, and when I finally got help, the issue was not resolved properly. The staff seemed uninterested and lacked technical knowledge. I had to follow up multiple times, which wasted a lot of time. Overall, a very poor support experience.
