I'm excited with their high available and helpful support team, great features included to plan and fast performance. For that time I'm using them I've never had any downtime issues and I can say that uptime is near 100%.

Kept having problems with them. Slow access on panel, lost emails, no live support most of the time. Kept getting the run-around "we fixed it this time", "it was something else this time". Enough!!! Make it work of give me my money back.

Good as long as it works. When problem shows up - you better tell them what to fix.
They are great at billing your credit card in time though, despite of the ongoing problems.
