No Support or answering of emails
I used to think Hagen Hosting was good, but have been trying to contact them for about 6 months and cannot. I cannot access my account because my email has changed and cannot reset password. help help help help help help help help help help help help help

No support
No way to get someone on the phone to talk to you unless you are signing up for service. Once you sign up there is no one who will talk to you. You are directed to post a ticket on the control panel, but that is ignored.

Stay away from HagenHosting.com
Their system wouldn't take our new credit cards and the account got suspended. We have the maximum amount of support tickets open and have not heard back for over a month. We can't access our files to move them to another server. Horrible hosting company.

Hadgen Hosting, Failed to resolve issue and closed my account!
Repeatedly failed to to resolve one issue created by Hadgen Hoating themselves (stemming in to several). No consultation, no attempt to resolve the issue, they have closed down my account. Anyone know how to contact them?

No phone #s to call for support ,they have no eye for design. The system is not flexible, we were promised upgrades,NEVER came. They r programmers,not business people. We spent thousands. They are corporate jerks hiding behind their fine print. Do not use
