Server compromised with malicious scripts.
My cPanel server was recently compromised, leading to the hacking of all my WordPress websites. These websites were unfortunately redirected to malicious Chinese pages. I contacted Hifivehost support, and while it took some time, they ultimately resolved the issue. They successfully cleaned all 8 of my affected websites, and I am now pleased to report that my clients' websites are back online and functioning correctly.
I am satisfied with the eventual resolution and intend to continue using Hifivehost's services in the future.

Great support by alian
I've utilized various hosting providers for my e-commerce website, but consistently encountered challenges. Some restricted necessary extensions for security reasons, leading to missing posts and products. While I rarely provide feedback to hosting providers, I must commend the HifiveHost support team, specifically Alian.
Alian diligently assisted me in successfully launching my e-commerce website and resolved the issue of missing posts and products. They requested specific theme files and an XML file, which they expertly manipulated during the upload process to restore the missing content. This level of support truly impressed me.
Furthermore, I've experienced significantly lower hosting costs with HifiveHost. Previous providers charged me a minimum of $12-$15 per month, often citing exceeded resource limitations. In contrast, my current advanced plan with HifiveHost costs under $5, which is remarkably affordable.
I wholeheartedly recommend HifiveHost to anyone seeking reliable and cost-effective hosting. Their plans are competitively priced, and their support team, exemplified by Alian, provides exceptional service. I wish HifiveHost continued success in the future.

I unintentionally altered our Linux server at the root level, erasing our website and SSH access. Jack D carefully and expertly went over the problems and resolved them all. I'm really happy with the help he gave me.

Hifivehost provide excellent service quality and 24/7 Support
We have recently hosted our new WordPress website with hifivehost.com and our website have many plugins installed but some of plugins which was conflict with other plugins due to which my website was not working. But when we raised the ticket to support team I was glad that they helped me to fixed this issue and also suggest with alternate plugin that can avoid this issue. Specially John who helped me on this case. I would recommend everyone that they can host there website's with hifivehost.com as there shared plans are also affordable.
