I have found the reliability to fall well short of the claimed 99.9% uptime. Server down for the last week and a half, no idea when it will be back. No e-mail support, due to server down. V. unreliable for forum, but when online support good.

great host, 5/5. I've been using there free service for almost 7 months and i have no complaints. the service is great, the up time is awsome, and the people in the forums couldn't be better.

Hiya-Host has redone themselves, removing all of the downtime in its formative months. The free hosting is insanely deep and contains nearly all of the same features as paid hosting. Every other free hosting site doesn't have jack on HH.

I've been using Hiya for months and havent had any problems. Their forums are filled with helpful people that aid in coding difficulties and their paid plans are very cheap and even the free ones are great!Much better priced than any paid hosts I've used

What can I say? Hiya-Host is every web designer's dream host...blazing fast servers, free and paid hosting (which btw is EXTREMELY cheap...), Live support, fantastico, cpanel...heck why don't you just see for yourself?
