Do not use this company
It looks like my hoster, URLJet, sold to this company. I've had lots of downtime already on my non-profit site (99.1%). As well, they made serious mistakes configuring their servers, and I was locked out of my email accounts for more than 48 hours.

Bad customer service, bad hosting, downtime, incompetence
I have had numerous issues with their tech support/customer service (I think there are only two people that work here). Tired of arrogant condescending attitudes when something is wrong ON THEIR END. Again. Their service just doesn't work well.

Homepage Universe is not a responsive for support 24/7
Homepage Universe advertises as being available 24/7 but do not respond well if you are Eastern time zone or in their off hours..

Avoid this webhost!!
Downtime, horrible support, inability to reach upper management...now I know who is the worst! Leaving to find a better provider. That won't be hard since Homepage Universe set a really, really low bar.

Homepage Universe is not a reliable partner
Homepage Universe continues to underwhelm in terms of support and responsiveness. We continue to have email and server issues after multiple online and offline requests for support and intervention. As soon as we can we will move to a competent partner.
