Was amazing - now just the pits
I've been with them for years, and recommended them to many friends and family. But lately after too many similar and repeated issues I am jumping ship and telling my friends the same. For example, every time I added a domain to hosting I have to write a support ticket because of their misconfigured servers that do not link the two. Payment for new domains has glitches that lead to unbelievably frustrating interactions with them. Numerous 'malicious code' emails, regularly. It seems multiple sites are always attacked now causing me so much time and effort to fix and restore. Often need technical support for things that they have briken. Lack of updating their servers - basic wordpress is becoming an issue because of their outdated php and server settings. they don't update and there are so many incompatibilities and unable to run basic website features. Really sad about this because it's been so long since I've been with them but it's 'so long' from me. Moving my sites and domains to a new company.
