Criminally Overpriced and Zero Customer Service Vastly overpriced. I am getting the exact same VPS package from another company for nearly $300 less per month. And they make it difficult to impossible to cancel. When you need technical help, they are pretty much worthless. They offer several help phone lines but you NEVER speak to a human.

Was amazing - now just the pits I've been with them for years, and recommended them to many friends and family. But lately after too many similar and repeated issues I am jumping ship and telling my friends the same. For example, every time I added a domain to hosting I have to write a support ticket because of their misconfigured servers that do not link the two. Payment for new domains has glitches that lead to unbelievably frustrating interactions with them. Numerous 'malicious code' emails, regularly. It seems multiple sites are always attacked now causing me so much time and effort to fix and restore. Often need technical support for things that they have briken. Lack of updating their servers - basic wordpress is becoming an issue because of their outdated php and server settings. they don't update and there are so many incompatibilities and unable to run basic website features. Really sad about this because it's been so long since I've been with them but it's 'so long' from me. Moving my sites and domains to a new company.

Unreliable poor customer service I once highly recommended this hosting provider to all my acquaintances, but their quality of service and technical expertise have drastically deteriorated. My website experienced a disheartening three-day outage due to another client's website falling victim to a DDoS attack. When they finally restored service, their misconfigurations in the firewall rules wreaked havoc on my website's functionality. I was forced to dedicate two full days to rectifying the permissions to ensure my Xenforo Forum and WordPress installations were operating as intended.

I would like to express my negative feedback regarding Home Page Universe's automatic renewal of my domain, despite setting the option of no automatic renewal for the second consecutive year. This situation is particularly upsetting for me as the website belonged to my father who passed away in 2021.
Despite setting the option of no automatic renewal, Home Page Universe automatically renewed my domain for the second year in a row. This situation is unacceptable as it not only violates my explicit request, but also incurs unnecessary costs that could have been avoided had the company followed my wishes.
I am disappointed that Home Page Universe did not show understanding and respect for my situation, and also did not assure me, as a customer, that such a situation will not happen again in the future.

Was good when they were URL JET I've been with this company over 20 years. When they were URL jet, I never had any down time. Now this past week I had 2 instances of my site being down. They are saying coding issues. Code on this site has not changed in 3 years.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! URLJet was great but Homepage Universe, the company that bought them, is ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!!!! Customer service has poor attitudes and they even took my site down after 9 YEARS OF BUSINESS WITH THEM over a very small, temporary issue.
