The Worst Non Empathetic Customer Service Ever
Horrible Customer Service. 24X7 Support? They mean customer should be behind support 24X7 to get their tickets fixed. Better go look elsewhere if you are looking at a consistent and well-rounded hosting provider. Let not the cheap bucks fool you.

Poor Support
They are least worried about support. They even dont like to be called for support, according to them support person are working 24/7 . But in real customer keeps calling and waiting for support tickets to be answered. I am frustrated.
