Although I have little technical knowledge of how computers work, I have been able to host a domain with multiple accounts for 10 years. Whenever I have a question about management or using my account, an inquiring email to Host Color has put me in touch with a representative who is able to answer my questions, solve what has seemed like a problem to me, etc. I appreciate that the particular representative continues to work with me until I am satisfied and answers even my most petty question with respect and kindness. Always the representative wants to make certain I am satisfied and understand what has happened and how to avoid it in the future.
