Nightmare
There is no english word can describe how this comany treat their customer. I don't know why they get some 5-star rate but my experience with this company is awful. All they do is try to trap their customer and charge their customer as much as they can.

Host Department is really affordable
Host department hosting plans are really cheap compared to other hosting companies and their service is better than most of the top companies that claim to provide best service.

Host Department Reseller Plan
I had taken a reseller hosting plan from Host Department. Host Department gives best support 24/7. I had an issue with my client and I couldn't deal with it. As soon as I approached Host Department they assisted me in resolving the issue.

Not 99.9% Uptime - more like 99.4% - terrible
Don't believe their 99.9% uptime. I have a site currently down, the third time within the past 7 days, for a total of over 24 hours. Tech Support tells you, we'll have it up in 1-2 hours. 15 hours later, they say it again!
How do they claim 99.9% uptime?
