Magento is exponentially faster
We switched over from Godaddy's managed service after a complete lack of support from them and signed up with Host Duplex at the beginning of the pandemic. They went above and beyond in helping us with migration and optimization. Our Magento site is exponentially faster. I can't describe how slow it was before the move. Best decision we've ever made.

Handled all of our security issues!
Host Duplex has been amazing to work with! We had so many issues with Godaddy that were resolved once we switched over. Our website loads faster, our security issues have been handled, and the customer service is top notch. There are never any wait times when we call, and we get to talk to a live person immediately. Dont think twice about signing up!

I don't think a host could be any better.
Once my site started to grow and I outgrew the cheap hosting packages, I went through three "big" hosts, and they all suffered from terrible support.

I don't think or even worry about hosting anymore.

Ridiculous way to run a hosting service
Performance and value are fairly goof for Host Duplex, but their email servers SUCK. Their Spam filters work poorly and the "solution" they offered was to implement SpamExperts - which is crap.

I've been with Host Duplex for 2+ years. You will NOT find any better customer service or hosting than HD! I've been so happy that many of my blogging friends have moved to HD. Don't go anywhere else!

HostDuplex is not a big name in hosting industry, or those always appears as the "ads" in google search. It's a well managed, not over sold host service. And Sam, the founder and supporter, is really, helpful and professional in solve my issues ! 5 Start!
