I am very satisfied with Host-ed SSD hosting service along with RAID 10 and will recommend it to anyone. The service, both as a web host and in dealing with customers, has been most satisfactory. As with most providers, though, add-ons or more features.

Their uptime is very good
Since I started with Host-ed personal plan, I also haven't had any problems with my site being down or anything like that. If you want shared hosting that uses state of the art servers and supported by experienced technical support team, give them a try

I've been with Host-ed for about 5 months now. My sites get about 1 TB of traffic each day.
My site (forum vBulletin) gets traffic around the clock, and within the last several months, there have only been about 10 minutes of downtime.

Good Points:
1) Plenty of bandwidth & disk space. Far more than we've used.
2) Support respond quite quickly - usually within 3 hours (daytime).
For me, reliability is very important and so far so good with Host-ed services.
