I have been with them for over 2 years, now.
They *used* to be fantastic.
Now they are very bad except for one thing: take my money. And even though they do that, my account is disabled and I can get NO support whatsoever.
I have now left.

Horrible service. Servers infested with viruses. Tech support don't reply to trouble tickets. Mine annd a friend's site were constantly being cracked. Avoid!

When Host It Now was # 1 a couple of years ago, it was a great server, very reliable and a great deal for the price. Since then, they have been bought and moved a couple of times, their phones no longer work, customer service is very sporadic. Will move!

Picked HIN for the price because the site was for a charity organization. Have encountered crashes, site disappearing for days, CPanel issues. Received 12 months free for the trouble, switching providers at the end of the term.

No communication. Tech support takes days to get a response. Removes services without notification rendering web features unavailable - no explanations. Lots of database downtime.
