THEY SUSPENDED MY SERVICE FOR A REVIEW AND THEN REFUSED TO LET ME MIGRATE 2 YEARS WORTH OF POSTS AND DATA OFF MY DOMAINS. All because I left an unfavorable review criticizing problems I have been having.
Let me tell you why. First, they will blame you if something goes wrong on their end. For example, they keep blocking my IP from accessing my server because (They say I'm logging in with the wrong password). Then they completely block my IP and I have to send in a ticket to log into the panel OR EVEN VISIT MY DOMAIN.
After sending a ticket in they take 8+ Hours to respond to an emergency ticket. Usually, its around 24 hours, so there are 24 hours you cannot access your website or server. They have this stupid firewall called "Immunify" they claim I'm entering my email password in the wrong, I have no e-mail clients that are entering in a password AT ALL, I have no clue what's wrong with them. They will not disable Immunify, sometimes on your server, you have to complete a captcha to get EMAIL.
Can you imagine the experience your customers/browsers on your site get from having to fill out a captcha just to view something on your site?
They refuse to help besides "You're welcome to a refund pro-rated of course, we don't care about your 24-hour downtime and we will not disable the program that makes the user fill in a captcha just to view your site".
What an absolutely horrible experience. This latest time the support person claims I did not get blocked, yet the moment she replied I was magically unblocked from the server again. Ughh horrible experience.
