I could not update a plugin on my WordPress site. Agent Peter offered a quick and polite service to solve the problem. The problem turned out to be that I used an old version of PHP. I don't remember receiving a notification from Hostinginindia that a new version of PHP was available, so I'm not sure how I could have avoided the problem, but it was a bit frustrating. We went to my house to try to fix the instant WordPress error during FTP file transfer, and Agent Chinmin discovered a fundamental problem: the site used a very old version.
