Great host, pricing is average
I've been with Hostingsource hosting for about 3 months. So far, my experience with them has been quite positive. Great host, pricing is average, but support is the best I have seen, go out of their way to make sure everything is working just right for you.

Tech support staff is generally helpful.
Features are very good... and they increased space and bandwidth for free 3 months ago - this is great. I like this caring web host, I'm happy with Hostingsource hosting. Tech support staff is generally helpful and also knowledgeable - probably the best of any hosting company I've experienced so far.

excellent support
I love the prices. Hostingsource server was down for about 15 minutes one month. That's pretty good uptime! It is very difficult for me to find words to express my feelings about their excellent support - these guys are very friendly and responsive. They provide online backups, IT services - their team is really professional.

Good WordPress Hosting!
The pros largely outweigh the cons, and I'm happy to have my site hosted by them. I've had my website with Hostingsource hosting for 6 months. It's solid as far as being up and running at all times. Their features impressed me a lot:

The control panel is easy to use and intuitive.
When I asked all the necessary questions I needed and their support answered it politely I've decided to get an account. Most folks will be satisfied with their ssd vps hosting package. The control panel is easy to use and intuitive, as is their account and billing interface.

Hostingsource is always a pleasure to work with.
Not sure about complaints about drupal and mediawiki. The installer will automatically install both. Hostingsource is always a pleasure to work with. I was intimidated by the process of developing and updating a Web site, but they made it all very easy.
