Not sure about complaints about drupal and mediawiki. The installer will automatically install both. Hostingsource is always a pleasure to work with. I was intimidated by the process of developing and updating a Web site, but they made it all very easy.

Nice ddos protected system.
I like the control panel they use - nice eye catchy and functional - it is worth it. I don't think I have ever had to call customer support. Great web hosting experience with Hostingsource shared hosting and their ddos protected system.

I have all my clients host with hostingsource and no one has complained. It has a great Dashboard to control everything in your account, from domains to billing to MySQL. They have one-click installs of many apps like Wordpress and Joomla.
