I like the customer support!
Just wanted to let you know you have outstanding customer support! If it weren't for your customer support, I would be hosting with someone else right now. Earlier today I kept getting frustrated with problem I was having with your postgre database since it wasn't localhost. I went on chat asking how to cancel my account. I spoke to guy named Nick. He assisted me really well and tried his best to help me with some problems I was having. Even though the problems aren't resolved yet, thanks to him, I'm keeping my hosting here with you. It's not only Nick - I had a couple of other employees from your support staff that really helped me well and took their time. I like the customer support with your company. Due to that, you will still have my business and I will refer you to anyone that asks me about great webhosting. I just thought id let you know and hope all is well good luck with everything.

It turns out that I've been hosting 3 web sites for about 7 months with Hostingsource.com. I'm happy so far. One of my site is a phpBB forum discussion board, 2nd one is Wordpress and the 3rd one is personal site with images and video with my family and me. I enjoy having Hostingsource as my provider, and have never had any real issues with them or my site.
