No downtime, superb support
I decided to leave a review for Hostiso as I realised I've been their client for over a 3 year, without a single incident. Currently I host only 20 domains with them, including our own dedicated servers and VPS, so I can tell when something is (or isn't) ideal as far as web hosting goes.

My websites have never had any downtime, slowdown or miscellaneous problems with email or whatnot. I just opened a ticket for the first time with them, for a billing issue (not their fault, just something I needed a clarification for), and found out they also have a very client-oriented service.

I really have nothing else to add, everything "just works" as it should.

Fully recommend to choose Hostiso!

The level of commitment to their clients is amazing. I reached out to theme at their sales department with an urgent issue, and he resolved within a flash.

Best hosting, best support, service, speed!!
I was pleasantly surprised to find this company to switch my website to from a previous server. I am not exactly tech savvy, and everyone that I have interacted with while completing the transfer has been very helpful and knowledgeable.

The suport system that they use is very helpful in getting answers really quickly. For me, this was an absolute life saver. I was apprehensive about making this switch but I shouldn't have been worried at all.

The process was so simple, I gave them the needed information and a couple hours later the switch was complete. I can not be happier. The pricing for the services was extremely reasonable too. I locked in a 2 year plan for a great price.

Overall, I would completely refer a friend to them and know they would be taken care of professionally.

One last note, they are up front with pricing and you don't have to look for fine print with them. They are honest and no beating around the bush which was a big deal to me on the heels of a bad experience in the past with a different company.

In short Hostiso is BEST!!!

They removed 3 years of my data
I've been their customer for 3 years. I used it to backup my pictures mostly. No issued until now.

I logged in few days ago to see that my account's status is "cancelled". They didn't inform me about it, they didn't try to contact me, didn't offer refund. Just cancelled and ignored.

As per their own terms and conditions they should send me an official note and send refund within several days. They didn't do any of that.

I opened the ticket and was told to "send id". This is also not in their ToS.

They literally took my 3 years of my mostly medical data hostage.

This is probably the most unprofessional company in the industry. Customer service is not professional and Terms and Conditions are not respected.

I strongly don't recommend trusting them with any data.
