Every time we add, I look at other offers, but I don't find more interesting ones compared to the host) I always help on all issues, even non-standard ones, I am satisfied with the technical support and attention of the management. Unprofessional
Do not buy anything from them! They reinstalled my VPS without my permission and I lost my website!

risky! ran away with your life
This server company is big mouth bla bla bla.. but you will got almost daily downtime.. even if you ask any tech problems, they will act like a god.. i advice you run! run with your life and immediately make backup of your site quickly

Too much downtime
DownTime. this was my only problem.I liked the server and its performance but it would turnoff without reason , support says they fixed it , but it happens again. even when boot command sent,it wouldnt turn on.moved to another host. DONT RECOMEND IT

Slow response time, unstable network, bad English.
They provide cheap hardware, but do not get fooled that you'd get a stable network. Having 1Gb connection, I rarely got over 300Mb (inside the NL!!). They did test which was a iperf test between a server which was inside my network :D.... I just lost $120

Really bad service dont use it
Hostkey is very bad service i take 3 dedicated servers with 1GBps post . and avrage speed i got in server was 160 Mbps . also support is too silly takes 3/4 days to solve a small issue . even you got reply whiten 72 hours dont go there stay away from them

The VPS is great but its just one problem.. when you ask them for help through skype it will take ages for them to reply... I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOST TO ANYONE!
