Being a "nerd" I confess I would not have been able to maintain my websites without the help from HostMantis. They really go "above and beyond the call of duty". Fast service, more than expected, and price is so good my friends are awestruck

Rude, insulting customer service
Customer service is awful. Was insulted when trying to ask a question to upgrade my service and they defended it by saying they don't cater to "non technical users" (I'm not) and that they don't have time to do tech support at their price point.

I have been using Hostmantis for two years, and out of the 10 web hosting companies I have worked with over the past 10 years, they provide the most reliable service, great server performance, and fast support.

PlEASE BE AWARE ON THIS COMPANY, SCAM AND POINTING AS UR FAULT
Please take note, dont take hostmantis as your reseller or hosting provider, this scam company just suddenly lock your account with reason high resources, 3 to 5 times my client website has been block as before i never has this kind of problem.

So far so good, fast support
I'm hosting here since 2015. I have two accounts now, one in their US server & second one in their Germany server. Honestly their Germany server is much faster (access from Asia).

Do not host at hostmantis.com It's a worst hosting company. They have a lot of down time.
The support is not friendly and not professional.
There are close accounts for nothing.

I leave HostMantis.com because is a worst webhost.
Most of time the servers are very-very slowly.
Every some time there are UP & DOWN for some minutes.
When they are making backups the server go down.
The support is insolent and don't help.
