Honest British guy's review
I have been looking for a while to get a hand on a more up to date mac mini. I currently have MacMini late 2014. Even though this is still good it is 10 years old and a little slower than i currently need. At the moment i could not afford to purchase a Mac mini and then i found out about cloud based Mac Mini's. I signed up 1/30/24 and have tried 3 different products until we found one that worded out for me. The agent that was helping me was Brent, A honest and very helpful agent. He had time to answers my questions and didn't make me feel foolish for asking them. Thanks Brent.

No refund :)
I chose hostmyapple for trying Mac VPS because of their 14 day free money back guarantee. I didn't enjoy the speed of the service i paid for and chose to cancel my server. Server was cancelled 4 days ago, request and ticket was 5 days ago, no answer, no refund. I will change my review if they will contact me but if I don't you should know that their support doesn't work and they won't back your money, they won't even answer you if some trouble appears :)

Still no server or any answer to questions
Can't say I would recommend this company . No response even though they where quick to take my money . No server and no answer to as when a server might be brought on line .

Performant Service, Marvelous Support With A Great Price!
Hey Folks, in fact i was too lazy to write a review for a hosting company.
However i couldn't resist myself from shooting here my impression & appreciation about HostMyApple product!
their customer portal is very very easy to register, buy a virtual mac, pay the bill and start / manage the service. i did all these tasks blindly, with the help of an assistive technology AKA Voice Activated Screen Reader. so you can imagine the simplicity level of their user interface :-)
Let's come to this company's strongest power: it has a facinating support team! they did responded to even my less important asks (lol)
they resolved every issues of mine, from refreshing my mac quickly; to transfering my mac overseas in a couple of hours!
Frankly speaking: I have never ever seen such a responsive support team in my hosting rental history!
I put my HostMyApple service to auto-payment, i wish to continue to get such a responsive service with high performance Mac, with high processor base frequencies, with fast SSDs, with speedy ping values...
