My problem is solved.
They provided the necessary satisfaction in response to the complaint message I submitted on January 13, 2026. I would like to thank the relevant team very much and I definitely recommend the company.

Unhelpful support, misleading page.
I purchased a Dedicated Mac Mini from HostMyApple specifically for Xcode development and App Store publishing. Your product page clearly advertises the service as suitable for Xcode development. However, the device I received is running macOS Catalina.
When attempting to install Xcode 16, the following critical error appears:
"Xcode canÃ'¢â‚¬â„¢t be installed on Ã'¢â‚¬Å“Macintosh HDÃ'¢â‚¬Â because macOS version 15.6 or later is required."
Under these conditions, it is impossible to develop, test, or publish iOS 18 applications. The service does not meet its advertised specifications and is not fit for the purpose for which it was sold.
Additionally, my support request has remained unanswered for more than 24 hours, which is unacceptable.
My request is clear:
Ã'¢â‚¬â€œ Either provide a machine that supports Xcode 16 / macOS Sequoia (15.x),
Ã'¢â‚¬â€œ Or issue a refund.
If this issue is resolved promptly, I am willing to update any reviews or complaints accordingly. Otherwise, I will proceed with filing negative reports through HostSearch and similar platforms.

Server still pending after 10 hours
Paid for a monthly M2 mac mini, 10 hours have gone by and the system is still pending ... what kind of bootup takes 10 hours ... also filed 2 support tickets and never heard back.

EXCEPTIONAL
I wasn't familiar with HostMyApple initially. I chose HostMyApple because none of the big guys were renting Apple Silicon Macs at the time, and HMA was.
I am glad I chose them, though. The customer service is absolutely awesome, there are never outages, and if I have tech questions, I can ask and be comfortable that I will receive a quick, accurate answer.
I use my M1 mini to build mobile apps. It's more cost-effective to rent from HMA than it is to buy the Mac Studio that I (admittedly) would love to own.

Bad service
I've purchased Mac M2 but it was working too slow it seems that is shared among other folks too. I cancel it within 24 hrs and ask for refund they did not reply to my ticket it's been week now!
