Extremely Disappointing and Unreliable Service
I had a very frustrating experience with this hosting and domain service provider. After making confirmed payments for domain registration and renewal, the services were never properly delivered. Domains remained inactive or showed incorrect status on public records, despite payment acknowledgments.

Worse still, I eventually lost access to my client account entirely. Login stopped working, password reset emails never arrived, and I could no longer access my hosting files, invoices, or domain management panel. Multiple follow-ups, emails, and phone calls led nowhere. The only response received repeatedly was “be patient,” without any real resolution.

Months passed with no progress, no transparency, and no functional customer support. As a result, projects were delayed and important data became inaccessible.

Based on my experience, this platform is highly unreliable. I strongly advise anyone considering them to think twice and choose a provider with proven customer support, transparency, and proper domain management practices.

Incredibly poor
Hostnownow is to be very great few years ago, I will advice you don't even try using any of their services if you are serious about what you are doing. No physical address, and rectifying issue takes months. Funny enough they don't care.

If you contact them more than enough they stop responding to you, they careless about there bad online review. Hostnownow is the worst hosting company in Nigeria and might actually be the worst in the world.

Don't try considering cat for what you expect a lion should do.

Hostnownow is a fraudulent hosting company in Nigeria, In Fact the worst ever. They have this issue renewning hosting accounts after collecting money. And their customercare section is a joke. i would never recommend anyone to patronizes their service as its a big loss.Beware.....

Terrible experience.
Server is down most part of the year
customer service is horrible as they never give any update to you even when they know whats going on until you consistently ask.
My emails has been mysteriously wiped several times.

Don't go with this company even if they make their price 500 naira for domain and hosting.

all there service is poor, poor customer service , poor server and there working seem not to understand or play foolish most of the time this company has made me lose up to a million am not joking the last trick there pull was going off can't access cPanel would not even tell you when there service will come up all my friends I referred to this company are not happy with me

Anyone hosting with Hostnownow should beware. They have this fraudulent way of billing their customers, plus their hidden charges. The cost a customer pays for domain registration and a specific web hosting package becomes different or altered when its time for renewal. Firstly, they separate the bills (domain renewal and webhosting) sending them to the client a month apart, and each having the same cost as what the customer paid initially. At the end it becomes double and they will always come up with different excuses when confronted. This they wont tell you when you are coming in to host with them and its fraud.
Their customer care number they put that is 24 hours, is just another lie, it hardly goes through, when it rings they hardly answer, making it difficult. Here are the numbers, you can try them 09090023115, 07037946556

Beware!! Do not use this hosting company.

My client contacted me that he could not access an email I created for him. I was surprised and checked. To my amazement I discovered that all the emails had disappeared.

I then checked the website and saw that it had been wiped. I logged into the cpanel to check and saw that a reset of some sort was done on the account making every file, images, emails etc. to disappear.

After contacting them on what happened, they didn't take responsibilty or were they able to restore the website, despite it had been live for about 8 months.

I even showed them a screenshot of how the wesbite looked like before the issue and they couldn't do anything about it.

How can you claim to be a hosting company that cannot keep your customers' website files safe or be reliable to restore the website, in the case of an issue.

Now I have to redevelop the website from scratch but definitely with another hosting company.

I decided to use a Nigerian hosting company and see the result.

A total regret.
