They deleted a not for profit org's site I was helping out for while I was away on vacation, after taking their money for the better UNIX hosting plan because we were taking too much bandwidth, yet they sold us a "unlimited" plan. No Refund!! STAY AWAY!!

Terrible! I'm more likely to have a conversation with my dog than get a response from their support staff. I'm starting to wonder if this whole operation is being run by a couple boneheads out of their parent's garage.

If not unreliable service, support's one of worst. No contact from support for weeks. I sent issue about payment change, got 1day response. Dont know value of reliable email, website, prompt & helpful support - this is company for you.

Short of the problems of email and website being down, their support department is virtually non-existent. Get used to no replies for weeks, if at all.

I would give this hosting company less then 0 if possible I have had my website deleted 2 times in the last 5 years once on 9/23/2002 and again 1 sep 06 both times by hackers who got into their system.
