Would still recommend
The reason for not giving a full 5-star rating in all categories is the recent downtime that lasted a week.

Although we received an apology email explaining they were upgrading their servers, this was the first time in almost two years that such an issue occurred. Everything seems to be running smoothly now, and their support was helpful during the downtime.

Despite this recent event, I would still recommend HostOnic to anyone. Additionally, it's eco-friendly and stands out from regular hosts.

a good hosting provider
ive started to notice hostonic advertised in a lot of places and have a friend who uses hostonic too. after a few recommendations and seeing reviews on various sites, i thought i'd give them a try and so far the hosting experience has exceed my expectations.

A good service
I've been a customer since April and so far I can't fault the service. There has been a few hiccups here and there but they've all been resolved within seconds or without me even noticing. The support is quick to respond to tickets and I believe available 24 hours but I've not tried to contact support during early hours etc so not too sure.
