RUBBISH Avoid
These guys are rubbish, their tech support is next to useless and there up time is equally bad. After upgrading with them to a dedicated server the website was offline nearly as much as it was online. AVOID.

I've been through the wringer with web hosts! I must have been a customer of at least 4 different hosting companies, running into a different issue every time. Finally I landed at hostpapa and it's been smooth sailing ever since. Excellent prices

Hostpapa was the worst hosting I have ever had, made me regret I left my previous bad hoster.
Endless down time.
Endless email failure issues.
Customer service is non-existent.
The better business bureau had to be involved in a dispute , and I won.

You get what you pay for and for the price The Papa offer some great features.
The first 6 months were great, then the next 6 reliability started failing a bit, but, I have renewed for another 12 months and see how I get on.

Following financial transaction by credit card, the hosting service was never provided. Nine days
later I cancelled the order and requested full refund. The refund was not mailed and reported the case to the Better Business Bureau.
