We have been customers of Hostwinds hosting for several years now. We host 8 different domains for business services with them. Once in a while, something comes up where I need help. Their tech support staff always....yes always.... are able to resolve.

Good support and good price. I recommend Hostwinds to friends. My only comment is on the email system. The only feature that I would rather have is the ability to know when the recipients of my email messages open the messages that I send.

I don't know much about websites, but Hostwinds made it easy for me to get my blog on the web. Friendly people, and easy to work with! I've had a few tickets over the years for some simple stuff (like when cPanel stopped working one day).

Hostwinds Uptime. Really high.I haven't made any research but I haven't noticed any downtime at all. Fast servers. I have a web site and some web applications on the server. Web applications involved to complete some complicated operations.
